Born and raised in the city’s Lakeview district, Neil has seen Calgary grow from a population of 300,000 to over a million people. He brings eleven years of real estate experience to the team. Clients also benefit from the ten years he spent in the banking sector, where he gained extensive knowledge of mortgage ins and outs.

As the team’s Listings Specialist, Neil will tell you his ability to listen to your needs is even more important than his experience. “It’s about establishing trust right off the bat,” he says. “It’s about always looking out for a client’s best interests.”

Elke has been a licenced real estate agent since 2003 and got into the field after volunteering for 15 years on behalf of Calgarians. In 1992, she finished second out of six in the race to become Alderman of Ward 9. She was born and raised in Calgary and has lived all in all Quadrants of the city, now making her home in South Calgary.

Elke knows and loves Calgary and has found her niche helping people make their homes in this vibrant city.  “Everything your family needs is within an hour,” she says. “It’s phenomenally located and absolutely beautiful. We’re close to mountains, rivers, Banff, Canmore, Sylvan Lake and a whole lot more.”

Elke is also the team’s resident Internet Guru and has built the CalgaryRealEstateLink.com web page to be user friendly, while providing extensive information to buyers and sellers not found anywhere else.

Michelle is living proof of just how well her team works. That’s because before she was a team REALTOR®, she was a client.  “I called Elke, saying I wanted a place that wasn’t on the 24th floor and had a double sink,” she laughs. “It’s because my Husband used every pot in the house. That’s how it all started.”

Three years later, Michelle has a home of her own in South Calgary and loves helping people every day to find the perfect home. “I love seeing people’s excitement,” she says. “We’re helping to put them in a place where they’re going to make memories.”

Michelle brings both people skills and organization to the team every day, as well as the experience of having moved to Calgary from somewhere else. She came to Calgary in 2004 and loves to help ease relocation fears for people moving here from around the country or from elsewhere around the globe.
